If the kitchen could make sure everything is heated evenly before serving, it would really improve the meal. We enjoyed the street corn, sauces, and service, and hope the rest of the dishes match that quality next time.

We took advantage of their Thanksgiving catered meal for the family and it was outstanding. The turkey was moist, smokey, and delicious. The sausages, brisket were packed with flavor. All four sides crushed it: Burt end beans, coleslaw, Mexican corn, and jalapeños grits all killed it. This will be a family tradition for a very long time. Do yourself a favor and hit these guys up.

Overall, a really good experience! It was a bit of a bummer that about half of the menu was sold out by the time we got there at five. The food that we did end up getting was delicious though! We got one of the sandwiches and the shredded brisket. Super delicious! There was practically nobody there. Workers were overall friendly. About $17 per dish and the portions were medium-sized. Not enough for leftovers.

Everything was top notch! I was skeptical before we went but once the food arrived that disappeared. The food was amazing! And that BBQ sauce, ! The best BBQ I have had in CO so far. The service was very friendly and had a good laid back atmosphere. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather and beautiful view. Would definitely recommend stopping here!!!

We ordered for a party of 20+ to go. We had pulled pork, baked beans, and the slaw. Everyone enjoyed it and the food is excellent! They provided us with plenty of buns, pickles (so tasty), sauce (would love to see them create a spicy sauce as well), and eating utensils. Everyone that helped us, from the young lady that took our order to the two gentlemen that helped us at pick up time were very helpful and friendly (my apologies for not remembering names). I highly recommend Square Top and will go back next time we are in Pagosa Springs!

First of all, their pitmaster is straight outta Texas with 20+ years on the grill. If that doesn't say enough... Oklahoma native here, brisket is my go to, and the brisket here among the best I've ever had. Though they make all their BBQ sauces in house and they're all delicious...it needs nothing! Just order more than you think you'll want...because you'll want more. We got the trinity trio with a few sides, all of which was bomb but the street corn was my favorite. The peach cobbler I had was amazing as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone who appreciates the art of grilling meats, great food and/or vegans looking for a proper welcome back to real food.
